Batter-Breading

Battering and breading food products usually is a time consuming and labor intensive process. Limited kitchen space and intense mental concentration can contribute to increased risks of developing cumulative trauma disorders. The Automatic Batter-Breading system is a versatile machine that reduces the amount of labor and human interaction required to perform battering and breading.

An operator simply places the food items into the in-feed conveyor. This conveyor carries the product through the batter or "wash" and then gently conveys product through the breading, fully coating the piece. There is no wasted movements by the kitchen workers and therefore a significant reduction worker fatigue is achieved.

Power Knife

Many of us have enjoyed the unique taste of Greek Gyros. Witnessing the skill required to trim the meat from the cone one must ask, is there a better way? Yes...the amount of skill and force required could place the workers trimming meat into a position where risks are introduced to the workers upper extremities. The long straight knife can fatigue the extensor and flexor muscles in the forearm considering the amount of time cutting. This Power Knife reduces the amount of force that is required.
